I wish Sion was more like Garen

To be fair Sion can fire it early and it's far more punishing to the player hit so that would quite likely break Sion's Q.

Also Sion is more of a pure tank than Garen so he should be doing less damage than Garen. Sion right now lives in more of an area of "if I can't due you'll die first"
