Poppy ult.

I often get "thank you" when i ult someone. its simply stupid that I can't kill someone with like 10% health with this ult. a squishy adc. nope. thanks for the escape. can we make it so that they get damaged depending on how much distance they traveled?

It's a disengage, utility ult. Why would you want to have that do more damage as well? That's like saying Bards ult or Soraka ult should deal damage too

why does ekkos ult do 130% DAMAGE and its an escape. that doesn't count? because he costs 6300 IP? and it heals him too

First off, IP cost is no way an indicator to a champions power, I can show you a bunch of examples if you disagree. Second, Ekko's ult is supposed to reward you if you use it in an offensive scenario, whereas Poppy's ult is meant to "only" manipulate the battlefield to your advantage. Also, Ekko is an assassin who relies on his damage and mobility tools to be successful, while Poppy is mainly a tank who usues her utility to control enemies and defend allies. Which is why a potential ranged execute would make little sense on her.

Just so you know, this doesn't mean Ekko isn't an overloaded PoS. I just want you to undestand the difference.

Because Echo is a stupid overloaded champ. He also has nothing to do with Poppy.

Does that answer your question?

He's an assassin. That's different. He's not a utility champion. Utility champions should not have an ult that deals ridiculous amounts of damage imo
