No. I'm Silver. Lee Sin is a waste of a ban in Silver games. The only competent Lee Sin's down here are smurfs. The rest of them are terrible and are handicapping themselves by picking him. He might be the best high elo jungler, but Lee Sin is a non factor in low elo 9/10 times and I would rather ban something that actually works down here.

You don't have to be competent to press R and then hit Q on a stunned target.

Considering how most low elo Lee Sins cant even kick the enemy in the right direction im going to have to disagree.
