Fortify would kinda be nice right about now.
Riot I think it is time you look into either re adding fortify or make it and active on say ohmwrecker.
We need some good turtle items at this point.

Hildebrand1 votesHmm, rather than global though, a targeted one, like hit it on your turret and now it attacks twice as fast and deals increased damage for a while.
Could be a nice medium for those bickering about tower strengths.
