Instead of nerfing vayne... can we just buff the other adc's?

After just seeing the juggernauts come out, nerfing Vayne isn't the right direction. Its champions like her that keep tanks and bruisers from being overly oppressive.

Instead we should buff the other ADC's that used to keep Vayne in line. Update some of the older ADC's with quality of life buffs and just make them not too trash.
