What exactly do you mean? Would it be telling you how many pings you have left? How many Pings have gone off in the game? What? you kinda need to specify what you're looking for.

LOL such a troll. Good one, though.

Before someone new believes this guy, your client is always pinging the server, and your ping display in the top always keeps you in the know with a visual reference. Also, hovering over it gives you actual ping time in ms.

game servers don't accept ping requests. you just go to a command prompt window like anyone else.

ping www.google.com -t

won't give you ping to a particular League server, but will still be just as good for relative latency (if anything is out of the ordinary).

The startup GUI is part of the game client. It is all the game client.

As much as I love to troll... im not.

CPT Lemminiwinks has the best answer but I don't think it would be too hard to implement into the client (as in home screen before you queue up for games). As opening a web browser can set off my walmart internet connection into a shittastic frenzy.
