I notice according to both champion.gg and probuilds, people like to max W first rather than E. However I don't quite understand why.
Why max W first over maxing your E first?
Big Lincoln1 voteslower cooldown W means that you proc E more often on multiple people. the base damage also scales much better than E which iirc only goes up by like 20 or some stupid low number, so sej can actually waveclear top or kill jungle mobs in a reasonable span of time.
the only time i'd max E first is if for some ungodly reason you wanted to play support sejuani with a melee lane buddy who can make up for your lack of damage
