Am I the only one who's disappointed of the Turret buffs?

Hell, it dosen't even look like a buff to me... I guess my expectations were way too high (as always whenever Rito is mentionned...) when it was confirmed that there will be some buffs to towers this patch

Because it's a buff like they buffed Veigar when DFG was removed. Break the legs, give him a cane and call it a compensation buff.
