How to fix stealth solution

I got this idea for stealth to make it more game friendly and that idea is to give people using stealth a stealth icon over their to indicate how stealthy they are being. Has they move they will passively gain movement speed and the icon will change colours from blue,yellow and red. To lower the stat of the icon they would have to stay still and make it refresh are wait for their stealth ability to end.

• Blue mean your perfectly in stealth. 10-15% movement speed
• Yellow you start leaving behind tracks. 20-25% movement speed
• Red your stealth start to flicker on and off. 30-35% movement speed
