Thank you Riot. I say it very rarely, but thank you. I love how the boards are on a crying spree that the jungle is being nerfed, even though any viable junglers these days don't actually jungle, but lane camp all game. YES they needed to be nerfed. No A jungler isn't a second laner. Yes they should Stay in the jungle until later on in the game.

You do realize that a jungler staying in the jungle longer means he can’t gank for you or your teammates and help you get ahead right? If you are in a bad matchup, you would most likely call for your jungler to gank you. Usually by spam pinging them, so by junglers having that early lvl 3 gank they can help you get that lead early on. Or help counter gank if the enemy ganks you.
So by slowing down the exp gained from the camps, you can effectively destroy any potential early gank that can help you win lane and also win the game.
