He is utterly disgusting. 1500 damage with toxic shot. Poison mushrooms are fucking abusive with broken slows and damage and spammable spawn rate, with insta spawns. His speed with nashor tooth is stupid and the cool down he gets from it is stupid. It's obvious he is never addressed because he is too well known and an icon for Riot to promote the game. He has never had a bad season. I have been saying this for months, nerf teemo. He is not fucking balanced.
