AP Keanu Reaves2 votesSinged also doesn't have a global or near global ult with either:
a. Amazing playmaking opportunity or
b. High damage to literally every enemy champion regardless of range
The Yetii Rider1 votesAnd Karthus and Twisted Fate pay for this appropriately with Cooldowns.
Twisted Fate's ultimate has a 180 second cooldown at rank 1.
Karthus's ultimate has a 200 second cooldown at rank 1.
