Items LoL is missing

Sometimes when building a character, I think, "what are we going to do today, Brain?" The answer is inevitably the same: "The same thing we do every night -- try and take over the world!"

That gets me thinking more about how could I take over the world. The first step would obviously be to optimize itemization in LoL. With the adc update coming out and altering items so much (I'm looking at you, cleaver and trinity), what are items that other groups want. So here goes: a general list of items that other classes want.

First, Defense Reduction Items for Tanks: These items fill the niche left by Black Cleaver's departure. Since cleaver is going over to the AD carry side of the playground, these items get to be hyper-focused on what tanks want. So here goes: Whenever a target takes (physical/magical) damage from you, their armor/magic resist is reduced by 30% of your bonus armor/magic resist for the next 5 seconds. Stats: Tank stats, yo! No AD or AP to be found. Choose from: Health, Armor, Magic Resistance, Cooldown Why is this for tanks? Because its effectiveness as an offensive item scales with your defensive stats, but it is your team that has to do damage. It is how tanking should be: You control, team kills.

Second, QSS item for AP folks: just kidding. They have zhonyas, which while it cannot be used during suppression, it is still hella good and we don't need or want perfect item parity between roles.

Third: Anti-sieging item. Active: For the next X seconds, allied turrets in range will prioritize enemy champions over minions. Further, targets with the lowest health are prioritized. Stats: Health regen, life, cooldown reduction

Fourth, caster-focused jungle start item Gives spell vamp vs monsters, powerful mana regen in jungle -- focused on casters who would not want to AA monsters. Let karthus, syndra, karma, etc be junglers!

That's all i have for now, but please leave more ideas in the comments!

Riot would never let that first one through.

Offensive scaling through defensive stats is one of those "never again" things with items.

The first item: Would be insanely broken. Seen tanks with 200+ bonus armor frequently, which would cripple armor extremely hard with very little counterplay. That's 60 armor reduction, which is close to 60% of what an adc actually has (with no defensive investment), then penetration will kill it further. It would also let mages deal true damage extremely easily (which they don't need help with.)
