I have been having real bad luck with singed in ARAM.
I love the champ, and wanna make it work, but so far can't.
I can't find the right balance of AP-Mana-Tank in my first few buys.
I feel like if any of the three is missing, he is worthless.
I can get two of the three, early, but by the time I can have all three, the game is over.
Any suggestions?

Default rune page for basicly ever melee champion in aram.
I know what you're thinking "But Singed doesn't have an auto attack". Fleet Footwork allows you to sustain early off minions. The minor resolve runes are great, and everyone needs Triumph. So instead of going for the shitty unreliable Resolve keystones, you take Fleet Footwork that at least does something for you.
