JUST WHEN YOU THINK RIOT ACTUALLY TURN UNBIASED AND NERF ZED they do a 360 and make it so QSS doesn't remove his ult. Fk this mage mid season, this shows how incompetent Riot is at balancing the game now not only zed is one of the best /SAFEST assassins in league but now is has a 85% ensure kill 15% not if you some how miss your all shurikens.

Next thing you know is Riot tells us QSS doesn't remove fizz ult now.

This is not a salt post but Zed is one of the most broken assassins to deal with, I'd rather deal with talon since if he all in yes chances are you die but at least you can pink ward in a team fight and all kill him. ZED cannot be CC forever if you leave a 0.5 sec gap he is gone and your mid/adc that he ult is pretty sure dead or under 40% hp.

Anyway, I think the boards are also over looking the fact that this will effect more than just Zed. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets nerfed again after this change. That's assuming he will need another nerf anyway.

This reminds me of the splash art changes recently. Everyone was all up in arms about getting the chinese splash arts, but once the actually new splash arts showed up and people finally understood why the initial change was made they were fine with it.

Zed's ult is balanced around a number of factors, one being the very existence of QSS. With QSS out of the equation it can be rebalanced based on opponents that will always be hit by Death Mark.

Come on now, please try to think about why something is, rather than just what it is.

Hope you realize they took the SKT skin down since Faker said he thought they could had been better on LIVE STEAM (tournament stream interview) That's really the main reason they took it down since some one said it out on live, if Faker didn't say that I bet Riot would had never took the skins down.

Not really. Riot does this sort of thing on their own all the time. They make a change to make room for another change slightly down the road. The reason they don't make both at once is because they don't know how large the second change needs to be, so they leave things alone for a bit and watch.

Actually it doesn't require that you care. It's actually more accurate if you don't.

The simple fact that you dislike a game enough to not only uninstall it when another game comes out (unless you're removing it to save space, which is a different matter), but to also go on a forum for that game and tell everyone what you're doing, means the joke is already on you.

People don't realize it, but Riot pays a lot more attention to these boards than people want to claim. They just get salty because Riot takes their time making changes instead of dropping everything to make hotfixes like the boards always demand.

Even though I could easily relate your argument to Riots doings (Xin buff anyone?), I have to say it's the most obvious "lazy man just acting carefull" way of doing stuff.

Teemo and Liandry. A fine champion getting nerfed just because Liandry gave him this few more % in power. Not even win-rate spike. Not compensated. WW & Devourer v1 Seji/Sion + Cinderhulk Fiora + tank tank assassins Zilean rework and his glaring mana issues left for like 4 months untill he was compensated Jungle mage items Tank Yi Guinsoo rework Kogmaw rework Cass rework thunderlord Veigar rework Sion rework

In all of those cases your average player could and most likely did foresee that those changes would turn OK'ish champion or item into mess. Then we all asked for changes to changed stuff to at least make it bearable...

Point is: Imo Riot was waaaaaaay too slow to act on obvious issues. I understand balancing a champion from say 52% winrate to 51% is tricky.. But if something hits almost near 100% pick/ban/winrate, or when 1 item sets whole class of champions too far to "OP side" then balancing should be made at very lest the same month.

That's why I'm saying they just act with their "we can't haste, gotta take it slow".

Riot said they will balance him out? HOW? idk how the fk they will balance him out when they took QSS out of the equation , next is zonya to counter but what about the adc since I know ZED mains love to dive adc under turrent and in team fights. Either they have to nerf his ult SOOOOO MUCH or nerf his shuriken damage which I don't know how that would work since it will make him super weak late game if they decide to nerf those 2 main factors.

Riot is well aware of what removing QSS's ability to no longer remove zeds ult is going to do, they have stated that they will be seeing how things go and will be looking into nerfing him afterwards. As far as complaining that he can 1 shot an adc...thats what he is designed to do, get in and out. If you have a competent team they should be able to cc him as he comes out of his ult behind the champ he ulted, and well burst him. If he still manages to get out while killing the adc then he did his job and the rest of your team failed to protect your adc. Any assassin in theory should be able to kill the adc in a 1v1 unless outplayed. I dont even understand this huge outcry in the first place, most adc's I found didn't even build QSS in the first place because they probably didn't even realize that it existed. But as soon as the announcement was made, massive amounts of QQ threads begin.

I agree with qss not removing Zed's ultimate life is gonna be harder against him, but I can tell you they don't plan on making it so it doesn't remove Fizz ultimate since it's a slow/knockup

It makes sense for a mid to be able to beat Zed but not an ADC. They're not supposed to be able to 1v1 a champion designed to shut them down.

Almost zero time to react? every part of his ult is telegraphed. I big X appears on who he ults, he will then always appear behind them so something as simple as a soraka silence under whoever gets ulted by zed means he cant do anything but auto attack. Theres also a misconception about energy champs ofcourse zed is targeted the most because QQ, but in reality late game when most mana based champs have a large mana pool and mana regen they are the ones who can spam mindlessly. Early game zed and late game zed or any energy champion for that matter will always be dealing with energy problems, which usually the only way energy can be restored is by performing combos within their abilities. Its really simple in lane to harras a zed, if hes got next to no energy which a bad zed will just mindlessly spam his abilities thats when you harass. Let your jungler know when zeds w shadow is down if your looking for a gank, beating zed is easy through communication and team work, dont expect to be able to 1v1 him and win, as he is an assassin and thats what he excels at.
