Please introduce shield braking items already
I go in to kill anyone, boom one shield, another shield, another shield, spell shield, etc etc. Give me shield breakers. There should be counters for everything.

, and damage is so high that without shields, about 30 champs in the game would be instantaneously dropped off a feasibility cliff, and most of them already have a less than 50% win rate.
There's also a couple MORE champion mechanics which absolutely ignore shields.....
