Bot Lane Experience Suggestion

Thoughts on giving the person farming full XP gains while the one not farming remains where it is currently?

Idk about other people but often when playing ADC I feel completely useless outside of laning phase and before item spikes. I feel like it can be partially attributed to being underleveled. A lot of enchanters have been nerfed, along with enchanter items, ADC damages have also been decreased. Maybe, if they were the same level as other laners, the role wouldn't feel so lack luster.

I'm a jungle main, obviously, but I feel like it could be a start to make the role a little more impactful without completely breaking it.
