item 1018 20% crit chance Cloak of Agility feels way better than Brawler

rip avrice blade :( one of the only reasons you got brawlers kinda early.

its the small crit item. It literally exists for when you want to get a bit of crit for laning early.

ive done it before on olaf. during extended brawls I crit several times making me win the trades.
