rework talon is literally pre-rework unfed talon.
MLDzXnRRR1 votesPeople are failing with him, because you don't have a good way to initiate vs teams that aren't braindead. If you waste ult to go in, your dmg output is a joke. Btw, try IE as a second or third dmg item. It works with Q.
