I was just in a game where veigar had 200 AP from passive alone by 18 minutes.
that is over 10 ap per minute.
Either slow his ap down or kill his ratios on most of his kit. Getting hit for 700 damage Qs when he only got morellos is just stupid.

True Story: The other day I had 1300+ AP on Veigar with 2 Infernal Dragons, I could combo a tank to death. My ult did over 2k dmg max. It was so much fun. I carried and won. The next game, I got outplayed so hard because players we're smart and I went like 2/8/4 even with massive stacks.

Q's not too telegraphed, also pretty hard to dodge. R is impossible to dodge but also telegraphed. Problem is, nothing you can do about it.

yeah and your point is what exactly? you are plat, there is no way you should be walking into his event horizon for one. and if you are stuck in the circle you should be able to dodge his q and w or at the very least his W. and I'm sure you would almost build MR or qss as well so I see no problem.
