Can we PLEASE buff the mighty Garen?

And make his killing ultimate visible to every champion, instead of just himself and the person who dies?

Who else wants to see a giant shockwave when Garen smites and enemy with a giant sword of justice from the heavens?

I know I sure do. And if you don't, well then you're just not Demacian.

Buff Garen 2015.
