Yeah its a good rune. yeah its easy to proc. but why the fuck is a leona support taking it. you don't even do damage. W H Y.

Because she is an all in support? If she lands the E, she is going in and can't disengage except for blowing Q and maybe R.

DH will let her do damage without having to build it.

Leona may not do much damage, but dark harvest does.

she does a pretty good amount of damage actually. Especially with a dark harvest proc.

Because it's broken and pretty much everyone jumps on the bandwagon when something gets broken. Damn Twitch. At least my fans still know how to play without Flash and Dark Harvest. :) So proud.
