Sounds like someone didn't bully him hard enough in lane. Veigar's trading potential is almost zero, so just harass him until he's forced to leave..............again and again and again.

Happens every game I get put top lane by this cool system and the enemy team picks Veigar. Its not like he cant just farm with his 950 range Q lol.

you are horribly misinformed, Veigar has great trades and really no issues in lane

and he's better at poking most mid lanes than the other way around

You'd have to be pretty daft to get hit by his W unless you've been stunned. And you'd have to be REALLY dumb to get hit by his stun in the first place, unless you were previously CC'd. Veigar is extremely predictable and easy to beat in lane. The only reason Veigar wins lane is because of idiots who don't know how to play vs. him.

stun really isn't hard to land and Veigar has reliable poke with Q. previously at least he had to trade stacks for harass; now he gets both.

Veigar is extremely slept on currently. He always is though.

Stun isn't hard to dodge either, and if he's poking with q, just shove his lane in, he'll go oom pretty swiftly if he's using e and w offensively.

Veigar is extremely slept on currently. He always is though.

Except at early levels his Q damage is crap. No matter what changes have been done to him, Veigar's always had a shitty early game and lane phase. That's part of the reason he's allowed to be so strong late.
