69469238DEL12 votesAnything stronger than Sterak's Guage would be unhealthy for the game, just think because an item as small as Ninja Tabi is already shutting down almost every ADC in the early and mid game as it is.
The Yetii Rider2 votesADCs aren't supposed to be relevant in the early and mid game. They're late game scaling damage carries, that's why they go into lane with a support to help them get more gold at the cost of XP.
