NB3 didnt have his own "RIOTER" banning people. Streamers apart of the LPP had their own discord where they could have their reports bumped right to support for griefers because high profile streamers get target griefed. Because shitty people exist in this world unfortunately. If youre going to be supporting streamers who give you free advertising for your game, you might as well give them some form of benefit. But because of the NB3 situation (because hes a dumb ass that runs his mouth way too much) the LPP discord for reports was shut down.

Of course streamers should have privileges. Literally free advertising. If you were getting target griefed just because you were a streamer youd want something like that too.

Oh another NB fanboy who tries to protect his hero. Streamers shouldn t have more privileges other than some maybe free skins/accounts for content but that s all. Streamers are humans after all and also the fact they stream this game is not a privilege for RIOT, they do this for a living they have to stream also they stream league cause people are interested in that otherwise they would stream other dead games. Again having a RIOTER friend while that streamer himself is toxic that s a conflict of interest when it come to ask for a ban. You see the problem right? It s like u would be friend with a judge who s investigating your case. This RIOTER as a friend thing shouldn t exist at all. The relationship streamer-RIOT should be professional/business one. If you think about it streamers are still players playing the game not Gods or anything like that with more rights than average players.

Everybody knows you have to wait a bit for an answer, adding a bot just makes it similar to the reports in-client, which is the method I didn't consider to be useful enough in the first place.

when you ask the bot for a human it pretty much takes it a day to be like "oh ok" then send it to a person. then the person will take about 2-3 days to respond. if we went straight to a person it would actually be shorter

I got a 4 man troll party, took screenshot of their champ select and in-game chat where they clearly reveal their intent to troll, get a GM response that they'll look into it, and 2 days later the same troll from that 4 man lands in one of my games, by then where I reply to the GM to no waste my time pretending like they do something about tickets when my documentation of the event leads to no actual punishment for destructive behavior.

They really don't care. All they care is to have active players who buy skins for them, and since trolls buy skins and crap off their store, they have no incentive to ban them unless they're really high profile trolls that have public outcry force Riot's hand.

The point of him mentioning that was to prove Riot doesn't care about troll behavior unless they are extremely known (i.e Tyler1, who they unbanned for reasons i dont know. Tyler was EXTREMELY toxic, not even joking.) It wasn't a complaint. "Just dodge and move on with your life". Dude hes obviously playing a game that plays an important role in his life, and for some asshole to ruin that is not a good experience.

Today had mf trolling , then a teemo top lane going 4 10 and telling into chat that he trolling cause he haven't received any gank on top and that enemy been 3 times top ... , stuffs like that , and i lost the game with 12 6 260 farm , being gold 2 at the moment in min 34... , had such a team ,that i was likely playing for the whole team ,and that's not an isolate case , that happens frequent , and where is the mmr system balancing teams when that happens.

in 2k19 if you say stuff like "i am trolling" and troll you probably will be fine, but saing things like "hey this guy is trolling" you are the most harassing and flaming and toxic man on earth and deserve punishment, so it is logical to troll, because you are less likely to be punished, or as many say "it is so darn hard to be detected"

Sweet merciful fuck. Assuming even half of those were legitimate, that tells me that something reportable is happening in at least half of your games, which goes far and above the "10%" figure from Riot years ago.

I'm unranked. What do I see? Nothing out of the usual, if for you griefing, inting, trolling, flaming, botlane duos that play worse than random couples, and an outstanding lack of common sense is the usual. You can check my match history to get a general grasp of the situation.

seen today , miss fortune afk , i had 9 1 as support on nami , and we had a jungler who was ganking a lot bot lane... , i chosed to play support , and we had to play like 15-20 of minuts 4 vs 5 , and we won the game , but you wouldn't want to know how much toxicity is in europe servers..., is beyond the infinite movie ... , it have no limits ,every day ,there is someone who destroy your day hard.

Good good. Toxic behaviour is the worst known crime humanity ever commited. It so far caused 31 trillion suicide. Even the infamous Holocaust was nothing compared to this current crisis.

After all it's far easier to beat a guy 20 rank above, because he is smurfing, or winning a game 4v5, because of an afk, than pressing the mute button on a toxic kid.

Pressing the mute button requires the strength of 6 million lama. And over 9000 IQ to find it.

But seriously as Soraka it is part of my job to keep an eye on other lanes, and over 90% of the flames, and report requests are false alarms. Which is why they prefer to use bots, than have someone check each case one by one. Here are some wise stuff to understand:

You can't retreat beyond Turret. If you do, and lose all the farm, then enemy will be overpowered, and soon that counter becomes kill under turret for free gold. Jungler should at least try some early gank to avert such. First gank at 15. min. on a high countered lane might just give double kill, because of the minion+plate difference. Even if the poor guy gave 0 kills. "He lost his turret. Report him for abandoning the lane." or "He keeps feeding the enemy."

Even challengers lose lane sometimes. Even if you are the literar best player in the WORLD you could still lose lane to the second best, if he picks a counter after you, and your skill isn't that much higher. This is NOT AN 1v1, or 2v2!

Dying under friendly turret many times is not feeding, and you can't follow an enemy stronger than you. If a lane loses, then be prepared for roam, because even if he follows the enemy. The enemy just turns around for the free kill. Another often reason for flame. "Top came mid, and killed me. Report my top for not following!"

Your jungler can't help you if you keep push+dieing. So many fools play this. They win the lane, push like idiots, then die to gank. 90%+ times they either dead, running back to lane, or under enemy turret. Don't expect jungler to sit down for a several minutes waiting for enemy jungler. "Enemy jungler ganked me 4 times by now. Mine was 0. (0/4 toplaner with corpse under enemy turret)"

Back in the day you could farm under turret building tank, and simply survive the counter. Well thanks to all the super mega damage increase. It doesn't work anymore. At least not even close to how it was. So the "build defense" style helps, but it will NOT turn the tide.

If you fail to help your jungler while he is getting assfucked in your jungle by enemy, then don't expect much from him. An early death, and losing the buffs pretty much total break to the jungler right now. So get your ass in there, and help him. A working jungler and killing enemy jungler worths more, than that 6 minion. Many jungler gets flamed, because they don't do shit, and in many cases they can't, because enemy kills them or their buffs early.

I've never liked the 'opt-in' explaination. Sometimes, you don't know you are getting a message from some jerk.

And yes, I have reported for pm. The guy barely said a word during the game and nothing reportable. The response to my support ticket wasn't "We won't take action because it's a pm". It was 'remember to use the reporting system and be careful about accepting friend requests'. Nowhere did it say they would take no action.

I recently used this feature and it was fine. I reported player for inappropriate name and I got responce in 20 mins that the player will be punished. There is a lot of problems in LoL but support isn't one of them.

Seems to be differing a LOT then. I had a case like one of top top comments. The guy was super hostile in game and after reporting him in post-game he added me and told me various racists and homophobic slurs. I went to the support and reported him with screenshots as evidence. The bot replied and now that it's been a week I can inform that there's been absolutely no punishment given to the guy (He's online constantly. Normally I delete people but I was curious as to figuring out if the support would actually you know... do anything about it). Evidently it seems that a vast majority of people have to report a guy to be banned. For instance you could be a super homophobist and racist in your team chat and get them all to report you and it would literally mean jack-all. And that is sad as hell. I've considered requesting a human as it's an option, but at this point it just seems to be a lot of wasted time. Yes we are a toxic community but it would seem that even Riot themselves have given up ANY hope of EVER changing that. You either live long enough to become a toxic member yourself OR you leave the game and find another game where the devs actually care about their playerbase :)
