Seriously What Are You Supposed To Build Vs AD Fizz?
He just maxes W, which does a shit load of magic damage. But then he autos you to death. What are you honestly supposed to do?

Very Hard Engage2 votesburst or cc, you dont deal with these hyper mobile cant get away from champs, you cant brawl them, you just have to destroy them.

In all honesty though, your best bet is to outdamage him, since AD and tank Fizz are all about wearing you down with his W instead of actually dealing damage upfront. The longer you let him fight you the worse it gets for you.

It's like Irelia, except he doesn't get a free 2 second stun by clicking on you.
