Does it annoy the hell out of anyone else?

When people use scaling as an excuse for playing poorly during the early game? I've heard "don't worry I'm going to scale" so many times out of the 0/5 laner and its becoming very irritating. It annoys me even more when a late game champion tries to fight and lose to an early game champion for no damn reason. And yes, I'm talking about all of you players who try to "out play" the .
