It's supposed to have one but it's currently bugged and is not capped Maybe you should actually check these things in game before posting

This is Riot we're talking about, don't believe anything they say until they actually do it.

If you've played games any as or with Kindred, or even watched a stream of someone playing her, you would see that she does baron and dragon absurdly fast, way too fast for someone who is supposed to have a cap of 75 dmg per stack
