I am not very happy with Talons new rework

With the new Talon rework Talon has lost his identity as the champion he was before. I am a Talon One Trick Pony http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=ccseancc143.

I have been playing his since season 4 and I feel I know a lot about my champion since I have been playing him almost exclusively since then. Riot wanted to change Talons play style because of his oppressive nature when ahead due to his burst, how fast he could burst, and the aoe that came with his burst. This re work has accomplished the goal of slowing his burst down and turning the damage more focused onto the target and not the people standing next to them. Though it has made Talon feel clunky and very situational and more binary. I have several points of feed back that I hope Riot will consider.

The inherent flaw I believe is Talon is supposed to play around the walls now. It does give him a unique play style that is not found in the game at all but, outside of the jungle Talon plays extremely similar to Ekko. The fact of the problem is though that Ekko has built in durability to survive running face first into the team not to mention he has more utility. Old Talon was able to accomplish this without dying since his burst was so fast it was hard to catch him in the fight. Now with the delayed kill time Talon is more often or not stuck in the middle of the fight since to even activate his 3 shot passive he needs to auto and deactivate stealth. I believe he will play fine in lower Elo but, the higher you get the more Talon becomes useless i believe.

They wanted Talon to be less binary and allow his to have more outplay but, he still holds the same gampeplay pattern as before. I think Talon can be changed for the positive with a few changes in his kit without making his kit over loaded. I believe Riot should give Talon back his old E blink. This by far was one of the most core parts of Talons kit, if you remove it, it is like removing Zeds ability to return to his shadow or removing Akalis shroud. It was one of the only defensive moves Talon had in his kit. Now I want to keep the parkour aspect of Talons kit since it does promote very different game play. Talon now does not play like any other assassin which is awesome. I believe they should give Talon back Cutthroat but, not the damage amplifier just the blink.. Then remove the crit on Q. Then put the parkour aspect as a passive on his E and put it at a 10-15 second CD so it cannot be spammed like it can me now.

By adding back Talons E and keeping the Q as it is Talon can now stick to his targets more meanwhile giving more mobility. I believe the parkour aspect of Talon should be used preemptively and not as a combat tool. These changes give Talon more options and outplay potential. It changes his binary game play a lot more since he has many other engaging tools now.

But... Parkour!

reads thread and sees you keep parkour on e but add blink back to e as a second part.

Not true. All he has to do is land W and Q.
