AP Blackout (Umbral Glaive) Item or Alternative

I like playing AD junglers or even AD supports that can rush Umbral Glaive and be a vision control monster as I roam across the map.

But not having this ability as an AP champion really stinks. I think there should be an AP item added or modified to give this passive as well.

If the idea is for denying vision to be an AD exclusive, for whatever reason, there should be an AP item that grants vision by giving ward charges or something like that. This way, at least as an AP jungler I can swap my trinket to Oracle Lens.

Nah, AP already have most of the best items in the game

Let the others catch up first before giving AP even more

Really item 3364 is the only option aside from item 2055 . Riot doesn't often like to make item equality for multiple sides of the stat bar. People have wanted an AP option for item 3140 for years and they've never wanted to do it. So doubtful they would do it for newer items.

Should build out of fiendish códex and 2 amp tomes
