Why is Kennen getting nerfed?
I don't watch all pro games but was he really so heavily picked he needed a nerf? He doesn't jump out to me as being out of line at all.

I personally ban Kennen because I don't enjoy playing against him: ranged, manaless poke, an escape, I'm not sure what he even is (assassin? Fighter? Wut?) but has stuns, and his ult feels like it does WAY too much damage in combination with a stun.
Idk if he's actually OP, but definitely a champion I personally struggle against
