2 things I would change in Zoe to make her less frustrating to play against

1. Don't let her reactivate Q while CC'd. I can't think of other champion that can do this, why is she an exception?
2. If the gets rooted or stunned during R make her not come back to the portal. I believe all mobility spells should be stopped when rooted

It's because things like that she's so frustrating to play against.
