As an ADC main, a suggestion for RFC+Shiv combo
RFC+Shiv adds a lot of burster and TL;DR - majority of us dislike it.
Keeping it short, let's make shiv only stack through movement speed rather than attacks. This cuts the burst significantly during teamfights and requires ADCs to constantly reposition if they want burst. It also disables the 3 second CD of burst from shiv.
If not, let's make shiv only apply to multiple champions rather than minions.
Why these two distinct features?
Zeal items should have one and only one core mechanic that distinguishes them from others:
- RFC - Sieging(Range, poke and safety)
- Runaans - AoE(constant multi-target on-hit effects and waveclear)
- Phantom Dancer - Dueling(damage reduction and movement through units)
- Shiv - Burst(single-target burst)
Yet shiv offers waveclear ontop of burst, outshining runaans, and its DPS with RFC is much greater.
It's imperative that champions build between runaans and shiv as waveclear is a very important mechanic that is a weakness and strength. So let's make shiv only apply on champions rather than minions
