I love new Pantheon’s voice actor. His new character looks good too, and his gameplay looks like it’s slightly more interactive to play against than before, all of which are great.
But why should we EVER pick Braum when new Pantheon is open? New Pantheon does everything Braum does but on lower cooldowns, longer durations and larger hitboxes.
Kazekiba3 votesBecause Pantheon shield doesnt block attacks on allies, his Ultimate isn't instant and his stun is weaker. Pantheon also cant jump to allies and dump a ton of resists on you. Supp Panth could work though. Maybe.

Who has a higher pick rate AND higher win rate; Braum or Pyke?
Braum has everything he needs to be an excellent support in a strategic, drawn-out game where positioning matters.
That description fit League of legends up until season 7. Two and a half years later and this means nothing if you can deal at least 500 damage in 1 second and carry an ignite.

But you don’t need utility. A small value of resistances? A knock-up? What are those in the face of Pantheon’s damage output?

figold6661 votesPantheon’s Dmg vs Not being able to move. Braum isn’t a solo carry like pantheon, but combined with his ADC he is much stronger. Panth + an ADC will easily lose to Braum + an ADC.

If Lux Ults and it passes through Panth Shield. He does not take damage but others do.

If the enemy team picks Sejuani, you'll want Braum as counter-engage. You wont really want Pantheon as your team will probably just die around you in that same scenario
Why would you pick Braum anyway btw? He's really trash right now, balanced for pro play

KlydeFrog1 votesAll braum needs is raise passive magic damage after being stunned on his aa. Being ap ratio ad ratio hp ratio attack speed ratio. Or make his passive stun lowered by attack speed or cdr . Or aa by braum lowers the passive . And make it so his passive is procd by Tiamat
