Trying to climb, dominating as Kat but can't...?

W 29 L 24 53% Katarina: Games 53 WR: 54.7% Kills:14.1 Deaths: 7.2 Assists: 5.8 CS: 153.5 Per Game

I'm generally dominant in my games as kat. I generally win my lanes as long as the enemyy does't get constant jungle help, and even then sometimes I still come out on top. My cs isn't amazing but I've got some pretty good map awareness for someone in my elo.

I'm not even going to waste my time saying that sometimes I'm actually the only person on my team performing well because that's generally ignored... Or that I can't seem to carry because those are both reasons seen as false by the community. SO, assuming that isnt the case what should i do? Cant climb out of b3 without getting deranked.

Push out the side lanes before going back to each ARAM that is Bronze mid/late game. You'll climb out.

If you're doing consistently well but you're not winning your matches, then that means you aren't contributing fully in those matches later on. Katarina is a teamfight monster, so if you're doing things solo and your team is dying without you (not saying this is happening but it's a possibility), then you're not using Katarina to her full potential. When you're ahead, get your team to group, then win your team the teamfight with your lead.

You're struggling to climp because 53% isn't good enough. It'll take FOR EVER to climb with just 53%. Basically, it'll take you about 100 games to gain about half a rank. I might get downvoted for saying this, but my advise is, don't main anything except a champion that's very hard to counter. Katarina is a slayer. Slayers are good against other slayers, mages, and marksmen. Squishies. But they suck against tanks and fighters. So if you "main" a slayer, you'll be picking her regardless of the enemy team composition. So if the enemy team picks a bunch of marksmen or mages, the game will be easier. But if the enemy team picks a bunch of tanks and fighers, your screwed. So if you want to increase that 53% to something more like 63%, where you'll actually rank up at a decent speed, you'll need to utilize every advantage you can get, and counter pick. Katarina can be your pick if the enemy team looks squishy. But if the enemy team looks tanky or has lots of CC, you'll want some champs other than kat for that. And if you have to first pick, and can't see the enemy's picks, then I wouldn't recommend kataraina. Go with a highwinrate champ. They tend to be good first picks. The reason they have a high win rate isn't because they're better than karatania at killing squishies. It's because they're more solid in a wider range of situations. Which is exactly what you need if you're first picking, since you can't tell what the situation is going to be yet. So karataina should be one of your situational picks, against squishy compositions.

Ehhh I really dont want to be a meta slave... Is cass up there?? I Only play her when I'm in risk of being deranked because I can actually CARRY with her (depending on how bad the situation is). I just don't really enjoy her as much as kat and Im not as good. I dominate with her as well though.
