Meanwhile, all of Blitz's CC is non-reducible. His hook is one of the best engagement tools in the game and can also be used to peel for carries putting the enemy back at the carry's maximum range or further.

Thresh requires skill and decision making, Blitz does not.

Honestly, I think Thresh is easier to use than Blitzcrank because you have a tool for every situation.

Blitzcrank players are stuck trying to figure out if a pull, knock up, or silence is the right tool for the situation. Put another way "when the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail."

Thresh players have a shield, pull, flay in/out, slow, and way to get allies in/out of the situation. Even if the best tool for the job is on cooldown, you can probably make due with a combination of the other tools.
