There are AP bruiser items, but they're honestly pretty bad. You just never get quite enough on either end (offense or defense) to do what AD bruisers can do.

there are no ap bruiser items outside of protobelt

most ap items give health by default and thats why mages are so toxic to fight for some classes

Let's turn Kayn into AP too because he'll get access to Protobelt,Luden,Lichbane,Zhonya while ulting :) Instead of his items :) and Rhaast can heal for 100% dmg too :)

wasn't there a build for blue kayn that focused on MR pen alongside his lethality items? why did that build die? too expensive? too glasscannon? i think it evaporated even tanks but i guess face tanking 1 stun meant instant death

that build with MR pen used to work when there was no Neeko :) . Now all mages/adcs/tanks/supports are stronger than assassins. Now I only build 3 ad items and the rest to get some def because Jhin can aa Q me.
