The thing I miss most from old Viktor...

Was being able to use E to get a sneaky baron/dragon steal.

Against the people I play against anyways, they would always get caught off guard with the aftershock damage on my E. So many panic smites going out when they see the initial lazer, then the aftershock snags the kill from the last few hp, so satisfying.

Won a fair share of games because of moves like that. Unfortunately now that the aftershock is so delayed im finding it almost impossible to use it to steal objectives. Extremely disappointing.
