Why didn't I get an S or S- instead getting an A- with a 38/3/1

I was in twisted treeline and I was dominating. I did the most damage out of both teams and got the most kills. I barely got any death and I didn't KS. I am wondering why I got an A- instead of an S and what the requirements for and S is? The details of the match is attached.

38 kills and you still have less cs than Maokai, that's why.

Grade is more than just kills. It also factors in things like CS, wards place, wards destroyed, kill participation, structures destroyed, etc. All of these are compared to other people playing your same role, champion, and map.
