Client won't start

Everytime I launch the league of legends app, the client never starts. I tried looking for solutions online such as going to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects and deleting lol launcher or what not, yet lol launcher is not even in projects. C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\downloads doesn't exist either so I can't mess with anything there. Obviously something is wrong with the contents of the data so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same thing. Also the game crashed right as I was loading into a match and hasn't worked since so I'm assuming I'm going to suffer a penalty. Any help for these problems would be appreciated.
