Questions for Riot: The company who empowers toxic trolls.

1. Why after all these years can I not mute individual player pings? I'm tired of trolls spamming me all game, purely to be obnoxious with full ban immunity. And no I shouldn't have to mute *all pings, I want to mute individual troll pings like I can text.

2. Why does your awful automated system still exist? it's clear you don't care about the hundreds of THOUSANDS of players you've unjustly banned. But what kind of company just throws away all that potential income...whoever your lead devs are you should *ban them from your company(to see how they like it) and replace them with those who are actually competent. They're literally costing you potentially millions in lost profits.

3. Why do streamers like tyler1 get special treatment? No morals?

4)Why instead of fixing the big balance issues your devs just double down on their flaws?
