Okay, so what are the requirements to get a S on Vayne...

S ranks are supposed to be hard. I know that but I just wish Riot gave you HINTS on what you could do to get one.

I know - it's not about kills and everything. But it feels so bad going 22-2 or 15-1 with about 150 CS at 20 minutes without an S.

But that rating is a S+ with other champions. The CS requirement seems crazy because I'm roaming and giving pressure. I'm dishing out tons of damage on turrets and champions. I still don't get a S. So I'm thinking perhaps I should steal "objective kills". Wait for my teammates to get the tower low then last-hit it.

Does Riot expect everyone to get 200 CS at 20 minutes? 100 CS per every 10 minutes is Challenger-tier CS'ing but let's be real here...

Jokes aside, Riot - please let people know what's required to get a S. Like hints. "Farm more, take more objectives, get more kills" etc. Vayne is probably the hardest champion to get a S with in League to be honest simply due to the amount of stats you require to hit it.

All I've been getting since I hit ML6 are A+ and maybe 2-3 S-. That's super tilting.

The reason getting an s on vayne is hard because of how the system works. it is relative and varies from champion to champion.

The score system represents this

  • D= the bottom 5 percent, literally feeding on this one
  • C=the bad but not feeding games give or take 30 percent
  • B=the good games give or take another 30 percent
  • A=the good games give or take 30 percent.
  • S- = the amazing games 2.5 percent.
  • S(and s +)= the best 2.5 percent of all games. Almost no room for error.

Now if you look at the the best games all champs have the scores vary alot

somebody like gragas or zilean might get away with a 10/0/0 game to get into their top S rating. However the highest tier of vayne has so much kills on a good game that you might need a score of around 20/0/14 with a decent cs to get an s rank.

The rule of thumb is: if you have more carry potential, you have a harder S rank.

It's because Vayne is braindead easy so you have to do extremely well with her to get an S.
