Can you buff ravenous hydra or nerf titanic hydra?
Titanic Hydra is a way better choice to get than Ravenous Hydra. Can you balance these items. Only one champion gets ravenous hydra and that is fiora, that is why she's a shit tier champion in u.gg.

Like I understand that like building ravenous feels bad because it has so much power in its low active cooldown and sustain but the damage just feels so lackluster compared to titanic.
Ever since Titanic Hydra I haven't even bothered with ravenous lmao, that item is shit and has been for a very long time...
Ravenous gives sustain, Titanic doesn't. Ravenous's damage is AD, Titanic is on-hit meaning Ravenous should be better on champs with AD scalings while Titanic should be better on auto reliant champs.

Ravenous sucks because it's a sustain item which doesn't give enough sustain by itself, and fighters aren't really able to stack lifesteal. It's good with Fiora due to her build in kit sustain, but outside of that, 12% lifesteal won't help anyone. I would love to see version of ravenous with more lifesteal and less AD, and see how it would work.
Personally I think one of the reasons 
is overlooked is because, aside from the Lifesteal effect applying on its passive and active, it really doesn't improve in any way aside from stats when compared to 
, which means most of its users can just sit on Tiamat all game until they decide 'oh, I don't have space for anything else, might as well upgrade the Tiamat now' should they not decide to sell it.
by comparison has on-hit damage to the primary target, grants an auto reset, and changes the shape of the cone in a way that is more desirable for a lot of champions (I'm assuming on the more desirable cone shape part, though)
