Champs that might use new abyssal?

Off the top of my head I could see this being really good on and maybe for jungles that could use it (synergy w/ cinder hulk from the new HP, gives MR option for jungle tanks, and adds damage and shred.

Only champs I can see it being good on for lane are w/ his ult and shred, tank bruiser top lane, HP and MR are good, now his ult does resist for team and shred from abyssal, w/ a spell pen tanky option instead of burst since they nerfed his burst, and support maybe since supports don't want to push, and the shred is good help for your mid if they are AP.

I think really the only strong lane options are probably and , and the only big thing this will do is give ap bruiser tanks even more synergy w/ cinder hulk, and may make actually shift over to the tanky bruiser that Rito seems to want him to be. I don't see it really being useful much in lane anymore though for most champs. Any thing I'm missing here? (Other than maybe being off about some jungles that could benefit? I figure and are the only ones for sure since they bring lock down enough to guarantee two procs of the passive for shred which will be huge for utility to bring to your AP carry.)
