IE won't be the only strong AD item in 9.3!
Statikk Shiv is now the highest DPS crit+AS item by far now, and only costs 2600 again to boot. Zeal, Shard and RFC got significant price cuts too. Welcome back, crit Marksmen!
Stormrazor may now cost 3100, but a second Kircheis Shard now only costs 600 which will make Energized attacks deal a whopping 130 right off the bat! And that 40% slow is going to be SUPER annoying on champions with ranged autos.
Last Whisper might just be a core item for most builds now that it has 20% arpen for only 1450g. That is DAUNTING! Seriously, what AD champion won't want LW?
The new PD is definitely not good for everyone, however. It went from having potentially the most DPS among crit+AS items to having the least by a landslide. Marksmen won't want to touch it with a 30-foot pole now until they have IE, and even then it will only be one of many potential options. AD Melees will love that shield, though, so long as they didn't already care about Sterak's or Hexdrinker. So yeah: Yasuo will love the new PD lol. Among others, but still.
