What's the best way to deal with early feeding lanes as a jungler?

As I climb out of elo hell, it can be real hit or miss whether I get a teammate who understands how to stop feeding when they are behind.

Or, sometimes I'm up against a good jungler who knows how to exploit my team for lots of early ganks, but I don't find myself in the position to outgank them.

What strategies are the best to deal with this? Trying to anticipate and counterganking? Trying to step up my aggression to always be ganking more? Focusing on fewer but more sure ganks to get my good lanes fed while ignoring the failing lanes, and just hope we can reverse things mid game? Vision and pings around the feeder lanes, or doubling down on my ganking power with chilling smite? Or should I reward my good lanes with the extra vision?

It's challenging sometimes when it feels like it's a race to see who can exploit the feeders the fastest. Maybe because I don't play the most snowbally junglers, but I aim to have junglers that will have good late game teamfight as well as good ganks so that I'm more well rounded and able to close out games (like Zac) - because most of these games are guaranteed to go long.

gank them immediately, you can easily turn it around by camping one. you can fight all the way up to 3 kills, after that its quite daunting and its going to take crafty summs and flash / dodges.

its an unfortunate occurrence when multiple lanes think they can hyper extend and brawl when behind, but at that point its already a loss if they dont win it. (no different than diamond+ players saying "open mid" at 12minutes in and ending by 16mins) its just you are also seeing it now, but your team mates dont feel like giving up. (you shouldn't, but it does save time and allows you to move onto the next one faster)

if your team mates are 0-3 and you cant gank them due to unfavorable matchups, then it is up to the laner to stop feeding, start tower farming, and let the enemy free farm, its more important that they just stick and get what they can because they have a 0% chance anymore.

if your team mates cant take constructive criticism on tower farming than its a loss as well.

its better to pick and get 1 of your best members hyper fed and camp them over than it is to gank evenly and try and please everyone in terms of actually winning the match.

you can make sure all lanes stop feeding and put a cap on the bleeding, but the enemy team has a lead already, do you honestly believe that you're going to win team fights later on?

Anticipation really is the best method. If you can figure out what the enemy wants to do and be in position to stop it as soon as they try it it tends to prevent your teammates from feeding in the first place. It's not a sure thing by any means, but being proactive about assisting your laners early and often tends to embolden them and cause them to focus better so they wait on you to try anything really risky since they know they can count on you showing up in the near future to get their back.

Jungling is all about being a master of anticipation.

Deep wards would probably help you out a good bit. Counter jungle to steal gold if you see them in top, take their bot jg. Ping your lanes to ease up/freeze lane if they're too far out and you think they are susceptible to a gank.

Depending on how behind the feeding lane is.

If the lane is only a kill or a level or a few cs behind, it's ok, camp the lane. the fed enemy will be cocky and get killed.

if it's like a 3/0. darius that is 3 levels ahead, gtfo of that lane, never gank it. try snowball other lanes.

Ff@20 is how I usually do it

Farm up to ensure you are appropriately strong.

If you see an opportunity to get a kill on a laner without much risk, go for it.

good luck with that. even in pro play when a match starts off bad. they redo the match because its almost 100% your gonna lose if all your lanes start feeding. unless they are bad enough not to end while they have the advantage and let the game go to late. but even in low elo its hard to come back in this meta. very hard. doesn't happen often. if your team is trying. then go for it. but if you get the "Ff @20 team mates" then yeah just ff at 20 and good luck next game because they aren't gonna try to win at all

At bronze 1 elo there's no such thing as players who know how to farm under turrets. They also don't know how to quit when they are behind, and will endlessly feed until their turret blows up. It's as sure a thing as the sunrise each morning. The issue is trying to figure out how I get around this to carry games. They often start feeding before I'm even level 3, let alone level 6.

This is not as much a problem in my normal match elo, which is silver.

Zac works well for me in silver, but is not doing well in bronze. I feel like I need something that can carry harder and split push because my team completely cannot be counted on at all to even listen to my pings about what the should be doing, let alone know how to do it themselves.

You get a big middle finger from me if you abandon my lane as jungler after I get chain ganked by the enemy jungler plus maybe another laner all coming to my lane and blowing unreasonable amounts of cooldowns (multiple summoners and ultimates) while you fap around indecisively. Don't expect your solo laners to want to or even be strong enough to come help your ass when you get invaded if you can't be bothered to show your face in a lane thats getting camped to ease off the pressure and put a little doubt in their minds about whether its safe to keep going super aggro.

Farm: your laners are already behind, you don't want to fall behind as well.

Prioritize vision: buy pinks, use trinket wards on cooldown, and control scuttle crab.

Do not contest dragons: team fighting around dragon pit is a no-no when you are behind unless you have a clear numbers advantage. If you are a mobile jungler it's fine to go for a steal but don't bait your team into a bad fight. If the enemy team goes for dragon focus on pushing the lanes and getting some damage on the towers.

Punish mistakes: anticipate where the enemy team is going to be and punish them if they try to tower dive, overextend or overstay. This is the most common way you can come back after a bad landing phase. You need to be ruthless punishing mistakes while simultaneously minimizing your mistakes.

Trade objectives: if you can't defend a tower don't stand around waiting for it to die, push another lane and try to take a tower on the opposite side of the map.

Stall the game: a 3k gold lead at 15 minutes is pretty huge. A 3k gold lead at 45 minutes is completely manageable. The longer you stall the less a gold disadvantage will hurt you.
