exactly, with 661 hp out of 741 and I'm still level 2. My laner's backing off with a sliver of hp but he can 1v1 with virtually full hp and my flash is negated by his ward hop. I'm 
with 596 out of 621 hp but kiting him to my turret just makes us go 1 for 1. We get a few weeks of this blind [unt not being played everymatch and riot have to buff him...

Lee's level 2 is strong, of course, but you shouldn't die from it if you're at high health. Not to mention your champion sucks in prolonged duels.
