So... Kat ult on a 15 sec cool down at rank 3? Yeah.. This is dumb.
She already resets by getting kills. I fail to see the benefit of this other than making her op under certain circumstances.
.... She needs other nerfs.

This change majorly nerfs her early game (135 seconds is a long cooldown), somewhat nerfs her mid-to-early-late (15 seconds increase compared to before), and buffs her in the late phases in the game - but the buff will not be as impactful, as channeling the ult still requires Kat to stand still for a few seconds.
