Perhaps you could buff the Relic Shield one too? I'm okay if you don't buff its stats, but it would be nice if you could buff the execute treshold at higher levels, since it can sometimes be hard to get some gold when the rest of my team can one shot a whole minion wave before I can auto-attack a single minion. Or maybe I just suck at doing so.

When i came back to the Relic line after a bunch of Coin games, the gold gen felt like an eternity, and the healing was still very minimal
The problem with buffing relic shield, is you make it to appealing of a pick for an ADC. In its current state ADCs are picking it pretty often...why? Because its a very cheap health+shield. And it gets your support to Censer faster. Which is crucial.
