Some numbers on nunu's E stat rework

I was just doing some math based off the new Ice blast If you haven't seen them here are the changes

• Damage lowered to 80/120/160/200/240 (Down from 85/130/175/225/240)
• Ap ratio lowered to .9 Ap (down from 1.0 Ap)
• Movement Speed slow increase to 40/45/50/55/60% (up from 20/30/40/50/60%)
• Slow duration lowered to 2 seconds (down from 3)
• Cool down lowered to 6.0/5.5/5.0/4.5/4 seconds (from 6 at all ranks)
• Mana cost lowered to 70/75/80/85/90 (Down from 75/85/95/105/115)

shorter duration between snowballs by .2 seconds with 40 percent cdr damage in 10 seconds with 40 percent cdr 720 damage in 10 seconds with 40 percent cdr 550 mana 10 seconds of snowballs 270 mana 10 seconds of snowballs 230 level 1 snowball no cdr duration 4 s 3 s damage in 10 seconds 160 170 mana 140 150 I did not try ap since its not exact on how much you will have based off builds probably will follow the trend of worst early better late.From theses numbers it will be Either always a first or second max and if second max It would be a 2 point wonder from it.
